Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions and couples therapy to clients across a wide age range, tailoring approaches based on their specific needs and backgrounds.

• Document and maintain accurate client records, including therapy notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with established timelines and quality standards.

• Efficiently schedule ongoing appointments and keep an organized calendar to manage client sessions, promoting consistency in treatment.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to exchange ideas and approaches, engaging in regular team meetings to enhance service delivery and discuss complex cases.

• Utilize a billing service that manages claims, client accounts receivable, and payment plans, allowing you to focus more on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful LCSW will work with a diverse client population ranging from children and adolescents to adults, addressing various mental health concerns. By focusing on school settings, this role targets early intervention and preventive care, aiming to enhance the well-being of students and support their academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required, coupled with a valid LCSW license to practice independently.

• Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency when interacting with clients.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle a caseload while ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.

• Self-motivated with an eagerness to continue personal and professional development.

• Availability for full-time work, including a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, with at least 2 evenings available each week for client sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience and training focused on couples therapy will be particularly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy additional compensation structures based on hours worked.
