Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys a variety of responsibilities-from recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement, benefits support, wellness initiatives, and HR operations.This position plays a critical role in ensuring employees receive outstanding day-to-day HR support while helping create a positive, engaging workplace culture.What You'll DoTalent Acquisition & RecruitingCoordinate recruitment activities for assigned positions from application through offer.Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and schedule interviews.Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient hiring process.Maintain applicant tracking system records and recruiting metrics.Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and talent attraction initiatives.Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment activities.Onboarding & OffboardingCoordinate new hire orientation and onboarding documentation.Arrange equipment requests and employee building/security access.Manage onboarding and offboarding checklists to ensure a smooth transition.Coordinate exit interviews, system access removal, and return of company property.Employee Benefits & HR SupportServe as the first point of contact for routine HR and benefits questions.Assist employees with benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and Open Enrollment.Support leave administration by directing employees to the appropriate resources.Maintain accurate employee information within the HRIS.Employee Engagement & CultureSupport employee engagement and retention initiatives.Coordinate employee recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and appreciation events.Assist with company events, volunteer opportunities, wellness programs, and culture-building activities.Help create engaging employee communications that foster a positive workplace environment.Performance ManagementMonitor performance review schedules and coordinate reminders.Track completion rates and prepare performance management reports.Security & Facility CoordinationCoordinate employee building access, security credentials, and company property assignments.Activate and deactivate building access for new hires and departing employees.Maintain accurate security access records.HR AdministrationMaintain employee files and HRIS records.Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities.Support policy administration and employee communications.Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and special projects.Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.What You'll BringStrong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.A collaborative, positive attitude with the ability to work independently.QualificationsBachelor 's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.2+ years of Human Resources experience required.Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, or benefits coordination preferred.Experience with an HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.Why Join Us?You'll become part of a collaborative organization that values its employees and believes HR plays a vital role in building an outstanding workplace.
