Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized psychotherapy to clients seeking support for their mental health needs related to substance abuse.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client histories and develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and solution-based interventions.
• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to foster recovery and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with clients dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Our patients encompass a wide range of ages and backgrounds, and they may present with complex psychological and emotional challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, particularly in the realm of substance abuse therapy.
• Strong understanding of solution-focused interventions and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is required, candidates with direct experience in substance abuse treatment and familiarity with best practices in mental health therapy will be given priority. Experience using telehealth platforms will also prove advantageous in this remote role.

Compensation and Benefits

Revelation Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
