Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history, mental health status, and readiness for change.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Work cohesively with a treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to ensure an integrated approach to care.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, promoting understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Our client base consists primarily of individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders alongside mental health issues. We cater to diverse populations in the Modesto area and beyond, including adults seeking recovery from alcohol and drug dependency. Qualifications

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrable knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients toward motivation and personal growth.
• Strong abilities in communication, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective collaboration with colleagues and client engagement.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have specialized training or significant experience in addiction counseling or mental health treatment. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
