Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual psychotherapy sessions focusing on mental health aspects of substance use disorders.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans using best practices.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring they are tailored specifically to substance abuse contexts.
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant clinical documentation to monitor progress and support billing processes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
