This role is integral to maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our company. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in bookkeeping, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities: * Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing. * Billing and Invoicing: Manage billing processes, prepare and send invoices, and ensure timely collection of payments. * Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records and resolve discrepancies. * Office Management: Provide support in various office management tasks, including organizing financial documents and assisting with administrative duties as needed. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with the President, Controller, and other team members to support financial operations and contribute to the overall success of the company. * Financial Analysis: Utilize strong numerical acumen to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that support decision-making processes.Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field. * Skills: Proficiency in billing, bank reconciliations, and general accounting practices.
