Work Environment

Located in the scenic Cape Coral area, our rehabilitation facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities designed to facilitate optimal recovery. As a Physical Therapist on-site, you will work closely with a collaborative group of healthcare professionals that includes Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, assistive technologies, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to promote recovery.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting changes in strength, mobility, and functionality to adapt plans and maximize effectiveness.
• Engage with patients to educate them on effective body mechanics and exercise techniques, enhancing their ability to perform daily activities with confidence.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure that all therapeutic equipment is in safe and working condition, promoting an efficient workflow during sessions.
• Work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team to discuss patient progress, challenges, and strategies to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement, helping patients navigate their rehabilitation journey with optimism.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards as established by relevant regulatory bodies, ensuring the confidentiality and dignity of every patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological impairments, and age-related conditions. You will also support young athletes dealing with sports-related injuries, ensuring that each patient receives personalized care that addresses their specific challenges and fosters rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid state license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, reflective of your level of experience and expertise.
