The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility located in the thriving community of Cape Coral, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific conditions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—including exercise, stretching, manual therapy, and advanced modalities—to facilitate recovery and pain management.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously through regular evaluations and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Document treatment sessions comprehensively, including response to therapy and improvements in mobility or strength.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for daily activities, therapeutic exercises, and the use of any assistive devices aimed at promoting independence.
• Maintain and expand professional knowledge by participating in workshops, conferences, and through networking with peers in the physical therapy community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists at Vivid Physiotherapy work with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors. They may have conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, neurological impairments, or orthopedic issues. Each therapist is trained to provide compassionate care addressing both physical rehabilitation and psychological support, fostering an environment where patients feel comfortable and empowered in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.

• Flexibility and agility to adapt treatment approaches to meet patient needs and workflow demands.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
