Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients to identify orthopedic therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality care in alignment with physician directives, clinic policies, and professional best practices.
• Implement treatment sessions that facilitate recovery, focusing on restoring mobility, strength, and overall function while addressing the patient's personal goals.
• Provide instruction to patients and families about in-home exercises and safety measures to continue their rehabilitation journey outside the clinic.
• Communicate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to each patient's treatment plan, sharing relevant information and progress updates.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. You will work closely with patients of all ages, developing treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals. Building strong relationships is a critical component of our practice, as we empower patients through education and support on their road to recovery.

Qualifications

• A valid state Physical Therapy license in Florida.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an outpatient setting.
• Current certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR.
• Proficient in employing evidence-based practices in patient care, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and patient management systems.

Preferred Experience

Experience treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions and employing various therapeutic modalities is highly desirable. An understanding of functional movement and rehabilitative strategies will enhance your ability to provide exceptional patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 90,000 and 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
