We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Kinetic Physical Therapy Clinic, located in Cape Coral, Florida. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in helping patients restore motion, enhance performance, and improve their quality of life through effective treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation strategies.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art facility, which spans over 5,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest sports medicine technology. Our clinic fosters an environment of teamwork and support, where each team member, including two other physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), works together to optimize patient outcomes. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify goals and needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care.
• Apply your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to develop cost-effective treatment strategies that enhance mobility.
• Minimize reliance on medications by exploring and implementing non-surgical alternatives wherever feasible.
• Create comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs aligned with patients' specific recovery objectives.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions, maintaining high standards of care throughout the treatment process.
• Inspire and motivate patients to remain engaged in their recovery journey, thereby optimizing functional outcomes.
• Promote overall health by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through targeted exercises.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, including physicians and other specialists, to ensure integrated care.
• Evaluate treatment effects and monitor progress diligently, maintaining transparent communication with patients and their families.
• Accurately document all services provided as a part of patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients with private medical insurance who are seeking orthopedic rehabilitation. This includes post-operative care, injury recovery, and proactive wellness programs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is mandatory.
• Candidates must have no history of board actions or disciplinary measures affecting their license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques is essential.
• Experience in designing and executing effective exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, including WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits
