Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions through comprehensive examinations, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed.
• Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions that align with the patients' goals, addressing specific needs and physical limitations.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload to provide quality care, dedicating sufficient time for hands-on treatment and patient education.
• Utilize a wide range of manual therapy techniques and evidence-based exercise programs aimed at improving motion, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
• Design and implement fitness and wellness plans that support both recovery and preventative care, emphasizing a holistic approach.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, ensuring continuity of care and comprehensive patient treatment.
• Regularly track and document patient progress using EMR software, specifically WebPT, for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Motivate and empower patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing encouragement and support to foster a positive therapeutic relationship.
• Actively engage in continuous professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
