Posture Perfect Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team at our outpatient office in beautiful Cape Coral, Florida. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their needs and develop individualized therapy treatment plans that aim to prevent disabilities, relieve pain, enhance function, and improve overall physical health.
• Direct the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with established plans of care, ensuring that all interventions are aligned with the latest clinical guidelines and patient outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure optimal implementation of the treatment plans, providing guidance and support throughout each patient's therapy journey.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and utilize physical agents such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to facilitate recovery and enhance patient functionality.
• Keep accurate records of patient progress, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, to comply with both clinical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to discuss patient cases during treatment conferences and adjust care plans as necessary based on patient evaluation and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises, the use of assistive devices, and strategies to maximize recovery and independence outside of therapy sessions.
• Engage in ongoing assessments and modifications to treatment plans based on patient response and progress, ensuring each patient is getting the care they need.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient facility focuses on a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgical procedures, injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. You will work closely with patients of all ages, tailoring treatment approaches that respect their unique circumstances and wellness goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably within an outpatient setting.
• Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license, along with automobile insurance, are mandatory to ensure compliance with clinic policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to engage with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation or sports medicine is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms can be beneficial.
• A background in patient education and community outreach initiatives to enhance service offerings.

Compensation and Benefits
