Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, including a detailed review of patient history and specific assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and treatment protocols to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal setting for better outcomes.
• Implement treatment plans based on patient assessments, continuously adapting approaches to align with evolving healthcare standards and individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient care, ensuring timely alterations to care plans in response to any changes in patients' conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions, including evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries to comply with legal and organizational standards.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to meet productivity goals while ensuring patients receive thorough care and attention.
• Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote our services and support the center's patient engagement efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient demographic, treating individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in Florida is mandatory.

• While a minimum of two years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist is required, preference will be given to candidates with additional experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings.
