Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs and establish appropriate treatment objectives.
• Design and implement personalized therapy plans, using evidence-based techniques tailored to each patient's specific condition and goals.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home-based routines to encourage ongoing recovery and maintenance of progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
