The Physical Therapist position is based in our vibrant outpatient office located in North Fort Myers, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on careful evaluations of each client's medical history, physical capabilities, and personal goals.
• Direct and supervise physical therapy assistants to ensure the appropriate execution of treatment plans, offering guidance and mentorship to enhance their growth.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing diagnostic tests to determine each client's functional abilities related to muscle, nerve, joint, and overall mobility.
• Analyze and adapt home environments for rehabilitation purposes, recommending modifications to aid patient independence.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, exercises, traction, and the application of physical agents to relieve pain and promote healing.
• Monitor and document client progress, making real-time adjustments to treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing valuable insights to collaboratively manage and enhance the client's overall care.
• Prepare detailed clinical documentation including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate clients and their families about their treatment regimens, addressing queries and ensuring understanding of the prescribed physical therapy program.
• Remain accessible to the Physical Therapy Assistants during client sessions, ensuring high quality and safe care is consistently delivered.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and the development of clinical best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
