Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and challenges by consulting with them about their medical history and current symptoms.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic techniques designed to address movement dysfunctions.
• Educate patients on best practices for using therapeutic exercises to enhance their recovery and maintain mobility.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, such as manual therapy and massage, to encourage healing.
• Guide patients in using rehabilitation equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, and exercise tools, ensuring safety and efficacy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient goals.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding home treatment options, safety measures, and ongoing exercise regimens to promote sustained recovery.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
