This full-time position focuses on delivering personalized care to patients in a home care setting, where you will play a critical role in facilitating recovery and improving physical function. Work Environment

Situated in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida, our facility operates under an onsite model, focusing primarily on home care to meet our patients where they are most comfortable. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, with options to choose your working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four ten-hour shifts, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the physical condition and needs of patients, creating a comprehensive baseline for personalized therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with each patient's recovery goals and timelines.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on techniques and exercises that they can incorporate into their daily routines for continued improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and treatment modifications in compliance with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. You will address individual needs, employing a holistic approach that empowers patients to regain strength and independence in their daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong time management skills to effectively handle a dynamic caseload in a home care setting.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in outpatient or home care settings.
• Experience working with diverse patient demographics, tailoring treatment approaches to suit individual needs.
• Familiarity with documentation systems and software relevant to physical therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
