Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations by reviewing medical histories and performing specialized assessments to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment recommendations to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting processes.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, adjusting as necessary based on patient progress and evolving healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, recognizing and responding promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity goals and maintain an accurate schedule of patient appointments.
• Engage in community outreach activities and marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility of our services and promote access to care.
• Take ownership of personal professional development through continuing education and mentorship, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
• Actively participate in team initiatives focused on improving access to care and patient experiences within our facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care to a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient-centered approach ensures that treatment plans prioritize each patient's unique goals and lifestyle, fostering a supportive environment for rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient advocacy and team collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Vivid Physiotherapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
