Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify movement impairments and establish baseline data for treatment.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that incorporate patient-specific goals and progress monitoring.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities, including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and hands-on manual therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare team members to streamline patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, self-management strategies, and injury prevention techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position will focus on a varied patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain one.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the benefits package includes:
