Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine individual needs and establish effective treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's specific condition.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities to address orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
• Document all treatment procedures and outcomes meticulously to track patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs to facilitate recovery.
• Maintain strong patient relationships, focusing on exceeding functional goals and enhancing overall well-being.
• Contribute to departmental goals by meeting minimum utilization metrics and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient facility serves a diverse range of patients across various age groups and medical backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to engage with individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions, with an emphasis on promoting mobility and pain management. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, showcasing practical knowledge in a range of therapy disciplines.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
