Work Environment

This position will primarily take place onsite at our Cape Coral location, designed to foster a healing atmosphere conducive to recovery and rehabilitation. The clinic is equipped with modern therapy equipment and resources that allow for comprehensive treatment. Your work schedule will be structured from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a consistent work-life balance while accommodating patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy care tailored to each patient's unique health goals, ensuring a high-quality therapeutic experience.
• Manage a balanced patient load, allowing you to dedicate focused attention and personalized care to every individual.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic therapy to design and implement effective treatment regimens that encourage functional recovery.
• Incorporate cost-effective interventions and non-surgical approaches to minimize reliance on medications, enhancing patients' overall health.
• Craft and update comprehensive care plans, integrating a variety of treatment modalities and corresponding therapeutic exercises.
• Engage and support patients through their therapeutic journey, fostering motivation and self-efficacy throughout their recovery process.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient encounters and treatment interventions using EMR software, particularly WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a diverse clientele, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation, and patients managing chronic conditions. Each therapist plays a vital role in addressing the specific needs and goals of these varied populations, enhancing their functional abilities and quality of life through specialized care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of modern physical therapy practices.
• Ability to create and implement effective exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience in utilizing EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for accurate documentation of patient services.
• Commitment to staying current with contemporary research and advancements in physical therapy methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an outpatient clinic setting with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with integrated wellness programs and evidence-based interventions.
• Skills in utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities, contributing to improved patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your experience and relevant qualifications.
