Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Opti Flex Therapeutics, your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and establishing individualized treatment plans based on recovery goals.
• Utilizing a combination of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to exercise, hands-on techniques, and assistive devices to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Tracking and documenting patients' progress accurately, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and outcomes.
• Providing education and training to patients, caregivers, and families regarding therapeutic exercises, the proper use of assistive devices, and wellness strategies to enhance self-care.
• Participating in regular team meetings to review patient cases, share insights, and collaborate on best practices for patient care.
• Maintaining and updating professional knowledge through workshops, seminars, and active involvement in professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.

• Proficiency in electronic health records and telehealth technologies.
• Flexibility and adaptability in managing diverse patient needs and treatment settings.

Preferred Experience
