Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set measurable goals and include specific interventions to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied professionals to provide a cohesive and integrated treatment experience for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed and ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as per ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation classes, empowering clients through shared experiences and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
