Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify patients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide targeted short-term counseling and crisis intervention via telehealth to address a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and skill-building workshops focused on topics such as coping strategies, mindfulness, and emotional regulation, enhancing clients' skills for personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.
