Insurance Defense Attorney

Are you a driven and experienced litigation attorney with a passion for insurance coverage law? We’re seeking a bright, ambitious, and highly motivated attorney with 3+ years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. Key Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage opinions Prepare and respond to written discovery Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis Review case documents and prepare for litigation Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations File legal documents with courts in a timely manner Qualifications & Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in New Mexico (additional admissions a plus) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance coverage litigation Strong academic background and solid work history Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with student loan reimbursement assistance Flexible time off and hybrid work environment Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-contributed 401(k) Safe Harbor plan Life, AD&D, and disability insurance coverage Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Pet insurance, commuter benefits, and EAP support #J-18808-Ljbffr
