Business Analyst III

Sales Operations Group MemberThis position is a member of the sales operations group with responsibility for managing various process improvements and new business processes. This position works with internal departments (Sales, Credit, Legal, Tax, Asset Eval, Operations & Accounting) to coordinate business requirements for system changes, transaction closings and vendor onboarding. Determines improvements or solutions to address identified issues.Responsibilities & QualificationsBuild/develop strong relationships with business partners by keeping lines of communication open and having collaborative discussions to find process improvements to gain efficiency or mitigate operations riskGain a thorough understanding of our business/operations processes by participating in process walkthroughs, side by side training, huddles/meetings, and other activitiesDemonstrates the ability to independently learn new capabilities through research, SME shadowing and hands on testing. Evaluates impacts across processes and markets, translating findings into detailed, and actionable end to end business and functional requirements that are clear, complete and align with business goals.Facilitate cross-functional discussions to drive well-informed decisions that promote standardization, balance varying market needs, and account for impacts across upstream and downstream teams. Proactively identify dependencies, risks and opportunities based on system knowledge and business processesLead and support user acceptance testing to validate that solutions adhere to approved requirements and expected business processes. Identify defects or gaps and ensure resolution prior to production deploymentOperationalizing and documenting procedures of new programs/relationships that contain nuances outside of our "standard" product offeringsCoordinating audits & data quality initiatives across the organizationBasic QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Business/Finance, Strategy, or Systems/Process Improvement-OR-High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Business/Finance, Strategy, or Systems/Process ImprovementRequired QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office products with a strong focus on Microsoft ExcelDedicated, proactive, critical thinker and problem solver (identify actions and address problems)Ability to quickly evaluate a situation to find the best solution for client and the business; shows initiativeEfficient; strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize and work effectivelyExcellent verbal/written communication skillsDetail orientedMust be willing and able to:work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlineswork overtime as neededadapt to changing requirementswork closely in a team environmentwork will all levels of management and cross-functional teams
