Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions and couples therapy for diverse clients across all age ranges, addressing various mental health issues and promoting emotional well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client appointments, therapy notes, and treatment plans using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
\n
• Conduct all necessary billing activities through a dedicated billing service that manages claims, client and insurance accounts receivable, benefit verifications, and payment plans, allowing you to focus purely on client care.

• Overall, manage your client calendar and maintain ongoing communications to ensure regular follow-up appointments and continuity of care.

• Adapt therapeutic techniques and approaches to meet the needs of clients with a wide range of clinical presentations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our therapists are classified as W2 employees, which provides not only salary-based compensation but also a variety of other benefits:
