Work Environment

The Family Nurse Practitioner role is based onsite, with the flexibility to engage with patients in various environments, including their homes. Our work setting promotes a collaborative atmosphere where you will work closely with physicians, healthcare staff, and community partners. The typical work schedule runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Participation in weekend events may also be required. Expect to work an average of 40 hours per week, ensuring a balanced and fulfilling work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Barcino Health Care Inc., your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting thorough health assessments and screenings to evaluate the health status of individuals and families.
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions through evidence-based practices.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans and interventions.
• Creating tailored health promotion and disease prevention strategies in collaboration with patients.
• Implementing patient education sessions to inform individuals about their health conditions and treatment options, fostering a proactive approach to health management.
• Coordinating care and referrals to specialists while ensuring seamless transitions and follow-up communication.
• Maintaining meticulous and accurate medical records in compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Engaging in community outreach efforts, such as health fairs and educational workshops, to promote awareness and provide health screenings.
• Staying updated with the latest trends in community health and best practices to continuously improve care delivery.

This role primarily focuses on a diverse patient population within the Houston area, including underserved communities. Qualifications

• Holds a current certification as a Nurse Practitioner, with an active nursing license in the state of Texas.
• Possesses a Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 180,000 to 200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
