Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments including mental health evaluations, psychosocial histories, and intake interviews to understand clients' concerns and strengths.

• Develop personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based modalities, adapting your approach to fit the unique needs of each client.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Engage clients in establishing therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, facilitating adjustments to treatment as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular professional development activities, including workshops and seminars, to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about emerging best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass diverse individuals facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. By leveraging teletherapy, you will also expand access for clients facing geographical or mobility challenges, ensuring they receive the support they need.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Empathetic and compassionate approach to therapy, allowing for a non-judgmental atmosphere that promotes openness and healing.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective case management and adherence to client schedules.

Preferred Experience\n
