Salary: $75,000-$85,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement support
• Maintain fixed asset accounting, including depreciation and amortization schedules
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and recommend process improvements
• Support payroll accounting, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations
• Coordinate audit requests and assist with annual financial audits
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff as needed

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
