Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Embrace Shift Wellness, you will:

• Evaluate and assess individuals and families in need of therapy, developing tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, addressing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and methodologies to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the organization to deliver comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
\n
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults, children, and adolescents, specializing in family dynamics and relationship issues. Your caseload may include clients experiencing difficulties such as blended family challenges, adjustment to separation and divorce, and coping with medical issues. Your goal will be to empower clients to improve their mental health and relational well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Have completed a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will possess additional experience or specialization in the following areas:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Embrace Shift Wellness offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
