Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess client needs, followed by the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, ensuring timely and thorough documentation of all sessions, including assessments and treatment plan updates.

• Utilize innovative and creative interventions to facilitate client progress, helping them achieve and exceed therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including case managers, medical personnel, and educators, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Prepare individual session documentation in compliance with company policies and client confidentiality standards.
\n
• Actively participate in all team meetings and provide input on clinical practices and team initiatives to foster a thriving workplace culture.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Candidates must possess a valid LMFT clinical license to practice in Georgia.

• Proven ability to meet documentation deadlines and maintain organized records of services provided.

• Comfort and experience in working with a diverse clientele is highly valued.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems. Experience with Valant is considered a plus.

• Will be required to successfully pass a background check.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Enrich Living Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus and an hourly pay structure supplemented by commission based on client sessions.
