This position allows for a flexible remote work setting, which is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic and autonomous environment. The team operates from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., providing a structured yet flexible work week. The organization is geared towards collaboration, ensuring therapists can easily connect with their colleagues to share ideas and resources, ultimately enhancing treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to establish mental health diagnoses for clients, ensuring compliance with protocols and standards.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week while ensuring exceptional documentation practices, including ongoing treatment plan reviews and case notes.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions and evidence-based methodologies to help clients achieve and surpass their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including case managers, family members, and other stakeholders, to coordinate holistic care and address client needs effectively.

• Develop and submit documentation for each session, adhering to Mind Bliss Counseling Center’s guidelines and procedures for record-keeping and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges. The therapist’s role is to empower clients through therapeutic intervention that fosters growth, resilience, and healing. You will be instrumental in supporting clients dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics, providing meaningful support to help them navigate their journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Must hold and maintain a current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong understanding of family therapy services, community resources, and fee collection practices.

• Experience with clinical documentation is essential, including the ability to complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a clinical setting.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for ensuring effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
