Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and individuals to identify underlying issues and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that encompass both joint and individual counseling to address diverse family dynamics.

• Specializing in the treatment of a variety of challenges, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Conflicts among family members and siblings
\n
• Adjustment issues surrounding separation and divorce

• Communication difficulties
\n
• Job stress
\n
\n
• Monitoring client progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to achieve optimal results for clients.

• Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will immerse you in a diverse client population, as you work with individuals, couples, and entire families, including adults and children/adolescents. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
