Pay: $30$35/hour
Duration: 2+ weeks (covering leave; potential to extend)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (30-min lunch)
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Office Manager to provide temporary coverage during a leave of absence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative support, office coordination, and light finance tasks in a small, collaborative nonprofit environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Receive, sort, scan, and distribute mail and packages
- Ensure office is organized, stocked, and running smoothly
- Support meeting setup, Zoom calls, and basic AV/technology troubleshooting
- Coordinate office logistics and assist with team events
- Assist with finance-related tasks such as check deposits and expense coding
- Help with organization projects (storage, filing, process improvements) during downtime
- Provide general admin support across teams as needed
Qualifications
- Previous office management or administrative experience
- Tech-savvy with ability to support Zoom meetings and basic AV setups
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and general PC use
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce experience
- Exposure to basic accounting or nonprofit finance
