Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and psychosocial assessments, including thorough mental status evaluations to understand the unique needs of each patient.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their feedback and insights to address their specific mental health challenges effectively.

• Provide various forms of therapy, including individual, couples, family therapy, psychoeducation, and group therapy, tailored to the needs of the clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support clients in improving their social skills and enhancing their coping strategies.

• Document all client encounters meticulously within our electronic health record system, adhering to organizational policies to maintain compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers, referral sources, and other members of the clinical team to ensure a unified approach to patient care and treatment.

• Continuously monitor client progress, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Sunrise Services Inc., you will work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active Washington State Licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) is essential.

• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or a similar field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
