Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Virginia or eligible for reciprocity.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

• Proficient communication skills, especially in virtual therapeutic environments, with the ability to convey empathy and active listening techniques.

• Familiarity with digital therapy tools and telehealth platforms, enhancing the delivery of care and efficiency in managing client engagements.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience working in outpatient settings or with diverse populations is favored. Skills in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) are particularly advantageous.
