In Home Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a Foundation Repair Estimator to join our team! This position is a vital link in terms of revenue, reputation and success of the company. Anyone performing in this capacity must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The Foundation Repair Estimator’s job is to design a repair (Piers, Root Shield, Foundation Watering System) to meet the needs of the structure, and infuse trust and confidence in our organization so the client chooses our company over their many other choices.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets
Resolve customer inquiries
Set follow-up appointments
Present a professional approach to foundation repair
Maintain sales levels that achieve company and personal goals at the appropriate profit levels

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented

We will provide expert in house technical training in order for you to be able to accurately diagnose foundation and drainage issues, prepare a detailed remediation plan using the latest technology, and accurately explain what work needs to be done.
