Assembler - 1st ShiftStarting Pay: $20.00-22.00/HourWe are seeking dependable Assemblers who take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.What You'll DoAs an Assembler, you will be responsible for building wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and 8-foot rail sections using blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. You'll utilize both hand and power tools to produce safe, reliable products that make a difference in people's lives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble wheelchair ramps and stair lifts according to blueprints and work instructions.Build and assemble 8-foot rail sections with precision and consistency.Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production drawings.Measure and mark materials accurately using a tape measure.Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, function, and alignment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all safety policies and production procedures.Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.Identify and report assembly issues while assisting with solutions.What We're Looking ForQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.Strong tape measure and measurement skills.Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of component assembly.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Why Join Our Team?Starting pay of $20.00 per hourClean, temperature-controlled work environmentStable 1st shift scheduleOpportunities for advancement into higher-paying fabrication rolesRetention bonuses available after hire:3 Months6 Months9 MonthsWork that directly contributes to improving accessibility and mobility for customersWork Schedule1st Shift Monday-FridayHours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMWork EnvironmentYou'll work in a comfortable, climate-controlled production facility equipped with standard assembly tools and equipment.
