Although you will primarily work online, you will also have access to the outpatient office for any required in-person meetings or workshops. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient, considering their unique circumstances and challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments to effectively diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing a range of proven therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing relationship issues, families dealing with conflict, and those struggling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your approach will be integral in helping clients develop coping strategies, improve communication skills, and foster deeper connections with their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Connecticut.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in addiction counseling, preferably with a focus on co-occurring disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a full benefits package, our offerings include:
