Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs, employing a variety of tools to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to meet the needs of diverse clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups for clients tackling shared mental health issues, promoting a sense of community and shared learning.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in urgent need, demonstrating crisis management skills to ensure safety and stability.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical practices and professional development.

• Stay informed about new research and advances in mental health therapy, integrating this knowledge into practice for continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and a range of other mental health conditions. We prioritize cultural competence and inclusivity, ensuring that our interventions resonate with and effectively support our patients' unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Demonstrated proficiency in mental health assessment and treatment plan development tailored to individual patient needs.

• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and their application in diverse therapeutic settings.
\n
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling, particularly in an outpatient or similar setting.

• Experience with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to maintain continuity of care.

• Demonstrated skill in conducting group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops.

Compensation and Benefits\n
