Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty
• Current RN license
• NIHSS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Experience in neuro and med/surg nursing required
• Familiarity with EMR system

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support in the neuro unit
• Assist with assessments and interventions for neurology patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
• Administer medications and manage patient IVs
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans
