Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments by meeting with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and available options, laying the foundation for individualized rehabilitation programs.

• Design and implement tailored rehabilitation plans considering clients' educational backgrounds, skill sets, physical capabilities, and career aspirations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to develop and refine client-specific therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain comprehensive client case files, documenting personal information, service history, insurance details, and therapeutic progress.
\n
• Regularly monitor client outcomes to ensure that rehabilitation goals are met; adjust plans as necessary to promote successful client engagement and progress.

• Facilitate ongoing communication with clients about their participation in various program activities, addressing issues promptly and fostering a supportive environment.

• Work with clients' families and support systems to identify effective solutions to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Evaluate client requirements continually and provide timely feedback and reports to the necessary parties to enhance care delivery.

• Provide referrals to appropriate resources as needed to further support clients' rehabilitation pathways.

In this role, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents who are navigating various mental health issues, vocational challenges, and personal development. Clients may include those experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma-related difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Attainment of a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is essential to practice in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, reflecting your experience and contributions. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
