Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans aimed at addressing clients' specific mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group, couple, and family therapy sessions that encourage open communication and emotional healing.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to ethical standards and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado.
