Our team operates primarily in a remote capacity, allowing for flexibility while providing necessary support to our clients. Counselors will engage with clients primarily through virtual sessions. However, occasional in-person meetings for team collaboration or training may take place at our Denver office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic support through individual, couple, and family counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and medical providers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our clients.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health counseling, attending workshops, conferences, and seminars to enhance professional competencies.

• Engage in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and peer consultations to foster a culture of continuous learning and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed professional counselor at Solace Space, you will work with a diverse range of clients who may be grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role will entail providing compassionate support and practical interventions in a culturally competent manner, ensuring that each client's unique background and experiences are acknowledged and integrated into their treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado is mandatory, with a track record of maintaining good standing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, reflecting a candidate’s experience and specialization.
