You will find new opportunities to deliver content online to offline, seeing through the noise to guarantee success.You'll work to align deliverables, weigh priorities, and unlock new information to help our writers and editors meet daily, weekly, and seasonal deadlines.You will support the intake of individual requests, aligning their urgency with set goals and report out on metrics that will help steer the business to become more efficient.Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end project management of product copy initiatives across multiple business groups, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryServe as the operational hub for copy production—intaking requests, defining timelines, and aligning deliverables with business prioritiesCoordinate with writers, editors, and stakeholders to ensure content meets brand standards and launch deadlinesManage intake and triage of copy requests, balancing urgency with strategic goals and resource availabilityTrack project milestones, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers to maintain momentum across workstreamsAnalyze and report on project performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencyMaintain and evolve documentation for workflows, processes, and best practices within the copy production lifecycleCollaborate with vendors and internal partners to ensure seamless delivery and publishing of copy assetsIdentify and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort and increase creative team capacity
