Personal Lines Account Manager

We're partnering with a well-established, family-oriented independent insurance agency who is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of business while delivering a high level of client service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of Personal Lines accounts
• Handle all lines of personal coverage
• Process endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, policy changes, and quoting activities
• Review accounts, identify coverage needs, and support account rounding, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance within agency systems and documentation processes
• Utilize AMS360 to manage workflows, account activity, and policy information (experience preferred but not required)
• Collaborate closely with teammates to deliver excellent client outcomes and maintain service standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Personal Lines Account Management or Personal Lines CSR experience
• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Strong understanding of personal insurance coverages across a variety of industries
• Experience with endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, quoting, and account servicing activities
• AMS360 experience preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 - $75,000 base salary depending on experience
