Property Manager

Our growing client in South Jersey is seeking another Property Manager to add to their team. This position will manage both commercial and residential properties in New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. 

Qualified candidates will have experience with most of the following:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties including office, industrial, retail, and HOA/community associations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, vendors, and property personnel.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, vendors, and on-site property operations.
• Handle rent collection, late payments, budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Assist with CAM reconciliations, lease administration, and lease abstraction.
• Maintain accurate property records using property management software.
• Conduct regular property/site visits and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Support leasing and business development efforts, including building relationships with prospective clients.
