Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients presenting with severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses, either through individual, group, or family therapy sessions.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and assessments to develop integrated care plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Participate collaboratively in team meetings to strategize treatment goals and ensure that services align with the mission of Stanford Behavioral Health.

• Support clients in crisis by implementing intervention strategies and ensuring a safe environment through proactive identification of risk factors.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Engage in periodic evaluation and adaptation of treatment plans based on client responses and changing needs.

• Contribute to agency-level committees aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing the quality of care for our clients.

• Provide on-call support as necessary, ensuring continuous care and accessibility to clients after regular hours.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Stanford Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
