Litigation Attorney, Commercial Contract

Apply commercial litigation expertise to help evaluate and improve advanced AI systems through realistic, multi-turn contract-dispute scenarios. You will create and refine litigation work product that reflects sound U.S. commercial litigation strategy, persuasive legal drafting, and a consistent case theory. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities

• Draft motions, briefs, demand letters, discovery documents, and related materials for complex commercial contract disputes based on detailed scenario prompts.
• Respond to simulated opposing-counsel actions while maintaining a coherent case theory and strategic posture across multiple rounds.
• Develop evaluation rubrics for each draft, defining the elements of strong and persuasive responses under U.S. commercial litigation standards.
• Revise work based on senior feedback as facts and strategy evolve.
• Identify and clearly flag procedural issues, missing information, and factual ambiguities for project-lead direction.
• Use only public or synthetic case materials and uphold confidentiality and ethical obligations.

• Active or lapsed license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of substantive post-JD litigation experience focused on commercial contract disputes.
• Hands-on experience drafting motions, discovery, and related pleadings.
• Ability to produce litigation documents under supervision with minimal repeated direction.
• Experience involving breach, performance, interpretation, or damages disputes.
• Exceptional written English and strong command of legal drafting and litigation practice.
• Law-firm experience, including BigLaw, boutique, or mid-market settings, is preferred.
• Federal-court experience and prior AI training or evaluation work are advantageous.

• Remote, U.S.-based contract engagement.
• Roles are commonly filled within 48 hours, so candidates should be ready to begin promptly.
• If selected, complete the required onboarding steps and begin initial tasks within 24 to 48 hours afterward.

$100 per hour.
